We don’t do full home staging (although we work with companies that do when required) and that’s where our point of difference lies.  We work with vendors to help them present their biggest asset in the best possible light via an in-home consultation followed up with a comprehensive, professional, room-by room, interior and exterior, floor to ceiling report listing recommendations for improvement.  For example:

     De-cluttering – what to lose/store and what to keep

     Touch ups and maintenance jobs - repaint that front door, get a light shade for that bare bulb, exterior waterblast, window washing, grout cleaning

     Furniture placement and room layout

     Creating colour schemes – paint work, co-ordinating linens and accessories

     Decorating tips – the use of plants, flowers, candles, bowls of fruit

     Things to replace, purchase, borrow and where to get them

We do our best to work with the resources a client already has, and to keep within budget even, if it’s $0.00!  Positive changes can be made with a good eye, some elbow grease and a checklist to work against.  Also working closely with you as their agent ensuring a tailored approach aimed at the correct target market. 

This service is offered for a one off fee of $300.00 plus GST.
